This notice explains the limited information Lucenvale may process when you visit this website, submit an inquiry, or ask about our services.

Information you provide
The inquiry form may collect your name, work email, company, company website, CRM or lead system, approximate lead volume, selected areas of concern, an optional preferred meeting date and time, and your consent to be contacted. If you contact us another way, we receive the information you choose to send.
Do not submit homeowner records, claim or insurance documents, payment information, credentials, or other sensitive operational data through the public form or ordinary email. If a scan proceeds, we agree on an appropriate transfer method first.
Referral and technical information
If present in the page URL, the form records basic campaign labels such as UTM source, medium, and campaign so we can understand how an inquiry reached us. Those labels are held in session storage only for the current browser session. Our hosting and security providers may also process IP address, browser or device type, requested page, timestamps, and security or error logs to deliver and protect the site.
Browser-only tools
The planning calculator runs in your browser. Lucenvale does not receive the values you enter. This website does not currently use a Lucenvale advertising pixel or cross-site behavioral advertising tool.
How the inquiry form works
Inquiry submissions are sent to a Lucenvale-controlled endpoint and stored in our hosted lead queue so a temporary email-delivery failure does not silently discard a request. Our website hosting and database providers process the submitted fields to operate, secure, and maintain that queue. If you prefer not to use the form, you may copy hello@lucenvale.com from the home page and contact us through your chosen email service.
How we use information

- Evaluate whether Lucenvale may fit a business and prepare a requested scan or proposal.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and requested services.
- Maintain appropriate business records and enforce agreements.
- Meet legal obligations and protect rights, safety, and systems.
How information may be disclosed
Relevant information may be disclosed to providers supporting website hosting, form transmission, email, security, professional advice, and business operations; to a successor in a business transaction; or when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, or prevent abuse. We do not sell personal data submitted through this website or use it for cross-site targeted advertising.
Retention and security
We aim to retain inquiries only as long as reasonably needed for response, qualification, business records, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. The lead queue is restricted to authorized Lucenvale access and served over encrypted connections, but no transmission or storage method is perfectly secure. Do not use the public form for client or homeowner operational data.
Your choices and requests
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you provided, or opt out of non-transactional messages, by using the contact form and identifying the request as a privacy matter or by emailing hello@lucenvale.com. We may need to verify a request and may retain information where permitted or required.
Children, other sites, and changes
This business-to-business website is not directed to children. Links to third-party sites are governed by their own practices. We may update this notice when the website or our practices change; the effective date identifies the current version.
