These terms govern access to Lucenvale's public website. A signed client agreement—not this page—governs any paid service.

The website describes a proposed and evolving business service. Content is general information and may change. A visit, form submission, email, meeting request, diagnostic conversation, or Lead Leakage Scan does not by itself create a client, agency, fiduciary, employment, partnership, or legal-adviser relationship.
No performance promise
Examples, targets, dashboard views, calculators, and scenarios are illustrative unless a signed agreement says otherwise. Roofing results depend on factors Lucenvale does not control, including lead quality, weather, pricing, homeowner decisions, estimator performance, financing, and operational capacity. Lucenvale does not promise revenue, jobs, rankings, savings, or a particular return.
The home-page calculator performs simple arithmetic using the values entered. Its output is not a forecast, valuation, financial opinion, or guarantee. Sample dashboard records are fictional demonstrations, not client results.
Requests, meetings, and proposals
A form submission, requested meeting time, scan request, or pilot inquiry is not an acceptance, confirmed appointment, reservation, or binding offer. Meeting times require confirmation. Scope, availability, pricing, service levels, data handling, responsibilities, exclusions, and remedies must be confirmed in signed documents.
Third-party systems and compatibility
References to CRMs, calendars, call platforms, and other third-party products are descriptive. They do not imply sponsorship, partnership, or guaranteed compatibility. Access, plan, API, permission, and technical requirements must be verified before a workflow or integration is promised.
Acceptable use
You may use the website for lawful business evaluation. You may not interfere with its operation, probe or bypass security, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, submit information without authority, send sensitive homeowner or client data through the public inquiry form, extract content at disruptive scale, or use the site to violate another person's rights or applicable law.
Content and trademarks
Unless otherwise indicated, the website design, text, graphics, and Lucenvale branding are owned by or licensed to Lucenvale and may not be copied, republished, or used to imply endorsement without permission. Third-party names remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-party services and links
The site may use or link to third-party hosting, database, email, calendar, and business systems. Lucenvale does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Review their terms before use.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties about uninterrupted access, error-free operation, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Lucenvale is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising solely from use of or reliance on this website. Rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy notice describes website information practices. We may update these terms as the website or business changes. The effective date identifies the current version.
